Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using USPS.   Flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 applies to all orders. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time​​.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@bloombathworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
